Where is the villa located?
The villa is located 5km west of Tarifa in the direction of Cadiz.
Take the N340 road past Tarifa, turn right at 78.4km (the N340 has km markers every 1km) and go approx 1km up a small track, the villa is one of two on the right with large green gates, labelled 11A La Peña.

Tarifa is the southern most point of Spain, where the Med changes to the Atlantic.
Airport transfer times: Gibraltar 45mins, Jerez 75mins, Malaga 2hrs, Seville 2hrs.
What facilities are in the area?
Tarifa is a well known centre for windsurfing and kitesurfing. There are around 8km of sandy beaches and numerous points for equipment renting.
Tarifa has many restaurants and surf type shops. The villa is 1km from the nearest beach and Mistral Centre.
The well known Hurricane Hotel and restaurant is 1km from the villa. Several other restaurants are located within 1.5km.
What accommodation is available?
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor and a family bedroom with 2 adjoining bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the lower floor.
8 people can be comfortably accommodated and up to11 when using the adjoining family rooms.
There is also a kitchen, dining area, TV area, sun lounge, reading room, play room.
Outside there is a sun terrace, a shaded terrace and swimming pool. The pool is 10m by 4m and covered. Sliding doors along 3 sides.
What equipment is there?
Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and living area. All kitchen and dining equipment. Bath and beach towels. Satellite TV. Playstation. Ipod speakers. Level 5 mobile reception.
How do I make a reservation?
During school holidays rentals are on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Shorter periods, minimum 3 nights, are available at other times.

What are the check-in arrangements?
You can check in from 16.00 on your day of arrival. You will be met at the villa by Susana, the cleaner or Julio the maintenance man and gardener who will give you the door key and gate opener. Please make sure the gate is kept shut at all times.
What are the check-out arrangements?
You need to check out by 11.00 on you day of departure. Give the keys to Julio or leave them in the house.
